CAZAL Eyewear is a renowned brand that designs and produces high-quality eyewear. It was founded in 1975 by Günter Böttcher and Cari Zalloni. The name CAZAL is an acronym made up of different letters from Cari Zalloni's (former chief designer) name. CAZAL is known for eye-catching designs, excellent quality and unique craftsmanship.
Which products can you buy in the CAZAL Eyewear online shop?
Sunglasses and accessories can be purchased via the CAZAL online shop. Prescription frames and sunglasses can also be purchased through selected CAZAL dealers worldwide.
Can I have my CAZAL glasses adjusted?
Yes, many opticians offer fitting services. This may include adjusting temples, nose bridges and lenses.

Do I have to create a customer account to purchase CAZAL Eyewear?
No, a customer account is not mandatory to purchase in the online shop. However, there is the option to create an account.
What payment options do you offer?
Payments can be made by credit card (MASTER/VISA) and within the Eurozone via PayPal or by bank transfer to our bank account.
Will I receive an order confirmation from you?
You will receive an order confirmation with all the necessary information by email after receipt of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on various factors including location and shipping method chosen. Standard shipping within Europe takes on average between 2-5 working days. The shipping time for international orders is approximately 7 days.

CAZAL delivers worldwide. Our partners are GLS, DHL Express and FedEx. Every shipment is registered so that the goods can be tracked at any time.

Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?
Unworn and originally packaged items can be returned within one month without giving reasons.
How do I return my order?
For orders within Germany, a GLS return label is included with the package. This means that the goods can be returned free of charge to a GLS shop. For all other orders, a return label must be requested in advance by email from firstname.lastname@example.org .
How do exchanges and refunds work?
Place the items you want to return in the package. These must be returned in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original shipping packaging, you can use any other package. Seal the package carefully to avoid damage during
to avoid transport. Stick the return label on the package and hand in the return at your nearest parcel shop. You will receive a printed delivery confirmation on site. Please keep this until you have received a full refund for your return.
